Quality improvement teams and problem solving.</p> <p>I help my clients get back in control of their quality and make that their life simpler and more profitable by ensuring their systems are relevant and manageable, if they have a system at all? This will eliminate mistakes in their processes and ensure output is reliable and consistent.</p> <p>A perfect client for me is a growing SME Manufacturing company with a bureaucratic and not fit for purpose system. <p>My background is predominantly in Engineering going from an apprentice engineer to manufacturing director in 23 years. Within that time the company went from 3 employees to 50 and I implemented ISO9001, Lean manufacturing and Strategic planning. I then completed an MSc in Manufacturing Leadership at Leeds University Business School. Heavily strategic management involved. Held positions as Factory Manager, Operations Manager and Service & Support business unit manager for SMEs in the Innovation field.</p>
