I am an Internationally recognized certified auditor in the ISO9001 quality system. I specialise in implementation, auditing, consultation, and training in the quality field. Quality improvement teams and problem solving.

I help my clients get back in control of their quality and make that their life simpler and more profitable by ensuring their systems are relevant and manageable, if they have a system at all? This will eliminate mistakes in their processes and ensure output is reliable and consistent.

My background is predominantly in Engineering going from an apprentice engineer to manufacturing director in 23 years. Within that time the company went from 3 employees to 50 and I implemented ISO9001, Lean manufacturing and Strategic planning. I then completed an MSc in Manufacturing Leadership at Leeds University Business School. Heavily strategic management involved. Held positions as Factory Manager, Operations Manager and Service & Support business unit manager for SMEs in the Innovation field.
