My background is predominantly in Engineering going from an apprentice engineer to manufacturing director in 23 years. Within that time the company went from 3 employees to 50 and I implemented ISO9001, Lean manufacturing and Strategic planning. I then completed an MSc in Manufacturing Leadership at Leeds University Business School. Heavily strategic management involved. Held positions as Factory Manager, Operations Manager and Service & Support business unit manager for SMEs in the Innovation field.
