Cliffen Consulting provides independent business advice, coaching, mentoring, health & safety consultancy, accredited training, and website hosting services, along with a small set of free self-service tools:

• a business healthcheck survey, which scores your answers to give you a general sense of the strengths and weak spots in your business;
• a business plan tool, which lets you build and save a working business plan, accessed via a private link rather than a login;
• an R&D tax relief eligibility check; and
• an associate/adviser directory, so you can find and contact an adviser directly.

6. Our free tools — important information

• Results and outputs are generated from the information you provide — we do not check or verify what you enter, so results are only as accurate as your answers.
• The business plan tool is a private workspace for drafting your own plan. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you enter, and for keeping your plan's private link confidential.
• We may use anonymised, aggregated results from these tools to improve our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Accounts & passwords

Some areas of the Site (for example, administrator or associate access) require an account. If you're given, or you choose, a username, password or other security credential, you must keep it confidential and not share it with anyone. We may disable any account, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you've failed to comply with these terms. If you believe someone else knows your password, please contact us immediately.

8. Accuracy of content & changes to the site

We update this Site from time to time, and content may be out of date at any given time — we're under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee the Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions, always available, or uninterrupted.
